Andy has been teaching English and Spanish for over 20 years England, Spain China. While teaching in Wuhan he was awarded ‘Excellent Teacher’ status in the “Integrated Evaluation for the Quality of Lectures” of 2018. He completed his studies at the Middlesex University of London, where he was awarded a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing.
In Spain he not only taught English in schools, hospitals, prisons and engineering businesses but also coached executives with their public speaking skills both in English and Spanish. This led to him working on a speech writing team, which in turn inspired him to try his hand in creative writing. He is in the process of having his first novel published.
Andy lecture is entitled “Accidentally Researching a Historical Novel.” We hope you enjoy learning how fiction sometimes becomes factual.
